For three months in Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Luhansk regions within the initiative “Educational Trajectory: Development of the Education System in the Post-Crisis Period” will explore what new solutions in education will help take into account and meet the educational needs of young people.
The initiators are convinced that this study will contribute to the improvement of the education system in the post-crisis period for the development of leadership and entrepreneurship of young people, increase educational opportunities and employment opportunities. It is also expected that this will contribute to cooperation, multicultural understanding, tolerance, fundamental values, and, in particular, a better understanding of the European Union and its activities in the region.
The study provides a methodology for conducting in-depth interviews with experts in school, extracurricular, non-formal, vocational, higher, postgraduate education and group discussions with formal and non-formal education providers, youth, parents and relatives of high school students and students willing to invest in development youth to analyze the education system in the post-crisis period, the main challenges and opportunities for educators and young students.
Based on the results of interviews and group discussions, the experts will analyze the data obtained and prepare materials that will explain in clear language the trends in the development of the education system in the post-crisis period in Ukraine.
It is estimated that at least 3,000 people (pupils, students, parents of children and young learners) will learn about various forms of support for the development of the educational trajectory.
The initiative “Educational Trajectory: Development of the Education System in the Post-Crisis Period” will be implemented by the NGO “STAN” in partnership with the National Youth Council of Ukraine, the youth initiative “Double N”, the NGO “Our Visions”, the Association of United Arts, Inventory “And educational space” Relentless “in the framework of the project” Support to the Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (FGS East) “, administered by the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting, funded by the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum and the European Commission. The project is also strengthened due to the cooperation of STAN with INDIVIDUELL MÄNNISKOHJÄLP SWEDISH DEVELOPMENT PARTNER.
