The first Eastern Partnership Youth Summit

The first Eastern Partnership Youth Summit (LIVE) took place on July 2-3 in virtual format 

?During two productive days, more than 400 youth leaders and youth workers had a unique opportunity to engage in dialogue with the EU and the Eastern Partnership, which create youth policies on youth achievements and challenges in the European Union and the Eastern Neighborhood region.

The main topics of the Eastern Partnership Youth Summit included:

✅Eastern Partnership after 2020 and the role for youth (Report 03/2020 and Council Conclusions 05/2020).
✅Participation of young people in policy development by strengthening the National Youth Councils of the Eastern Partnership and the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum;
✅The transition of young people from education to work through the development of necessary skills;
✅Realities and good practices of youth social entrepreneurship;
✅EU against misinformation through positive communication;
✅Achievements within the EU4Youth youth program package with a focus on Erasmus + and EU4Youth.

During the Summit, Natalia Shevchuk, Secretary General of the NYCU, represented the National Youth Council of Ukraine – NYCUkraine and participated in the Working Group on Youth Participation in Policy Development by Strengthening the National Youth Councils of the Eastern Partnership.
